I had a unique experience staying at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had an enormous balcony with a hot tub. However, they were quite humid during my visit in June 2019. The layout was a bit awkward to navigate around the bed, but the bathroom was large and equipped with both a shower and a bath, plus twin handbasins.
The hotel offers rooms with enormous balconies featuring hot tubs, though they can be small. The rooms are better than some ground floor beachfront options. The service is exceptional, with staff arriving promptly for dinner and being warm, gracious, and kind. The location is well-appointed in a former coconut grove overlooking the bay of Grand Baie. The dining experience offers an excellent assortment of dishes included in the rate. The facilities are well-maintained and offer various amenities.
